Vista Community School
Vista Transition Program is a partnership between the Alternative Education Department, Students in Transition (SIT) and Youth Services to provide an afternoon alternative to students that have not been successful in more traditional environments. The goal is to reconnect out-of-school youth and youth transitioning to adulthood to an educational program with an emphasis on career choices, character education, art and literacy.
